ERP Support Executive

Job description

• Candidate is required to support ERP implementation, Customer Communication onsite and offshore, Coordination with Developers and other support team.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing, Automobile, and Service Industries will be added advantage
• Understanding business requirements, client processes and mapping the processes of the client in our ERP.
• User training and support for ERP.
• End-to-end implementation of ERP module(s).
• Creating and documenting specifications for changes as per established norms.
• Validating the requirements/specifications against established norms, statutory requirements.
• To prepare functional design documents for reports, applications and interfaces.

Desired Skills

• Exposure to processes in manufacturing, engineering, sales, service industry will be desirable.
• Experience of using/implementing at least one module of some ERP is desired.
• Knowledge and ability to produce high quality and detail document, based on customer requirements.
• Experience of handling customer communication shall be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
• Willingness to travel on project assignments and work at client locations for the duration of projects.
