Job Description

Overview:
As an ERP & IT Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and promoting enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions and related IT services. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with prospective and existing clients, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, business acumen, and exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities:
1.Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify potential clients and build a strong pipeline.
Present solution proposals encompassing all aspects of ERP and IT applications.
Upsell preferred vendor products to existing customers.
Client Engagement:
2.Conduct face-to-face, virtual, and phone sales calls.
Assess client requirements and recommend suitable ERP and IT solutions.
Provide product training, demonstrations, and trials.
Collaborate with clients to understand their pain points and propose effective solutions.
Relationship Building:
3.Cultivate strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Understand client business processes and align solutions accordingly.
Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints.
4.Market Awareness:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements.
Keep abreast of the latest ERP upgrades and offerings.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field (preferred).
Certification: Familiarity with Oracle SaaS ERP or SAP ERP business process integration.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience as an ERP specialist or in a related industry.
Background: Knowledge of business administration, project management, or relevant fields is advantageous.

Technical Skills:
In-depth understanding of ERP development tools, coding languages, and business processes.
Proficiency in solution configuration and customization.
Strong Negotiation on pricing, terms & contracts.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotation and presenting to customers.
Ability to work independently as a part of a team in a faster-paces, dynamic work environment.
