Candidate Qualifications & Expectations

• Education: B.E. (C.S) / B. Tech (C.S) / M. Sc (IT) / MCA / MBA
• Experience: 1 - 2 years as an ERP Functional Consultant

As an ERP Functional Consultant, you should have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in full life cycle ERP Implementation in the Manufacturing domain.

You will be primarily responsible for:

• Understanding Business Requirements, Business Objectives and Expectations
• Preparing Requirement Documents, Identifying the Gaps, Design & and Configure Solutions, Conducting Pilot Runs, End-User Training
• Planning & Collaboration for ERP Implementation by adopting Project Management Best Practices

You should be well versed with:

• Requirement Gathering and Preparing Documents
• Problem-Solving Techniques
• Business Process Mapping & ERP Configuration
• Conducting Design Discussions and Reviews
• Software Project Management Best Practices
• Conducting Meetings, Trainings, Presentations
