We are dedicated to empowering educational organizations with innovative technology solutions, enabling them to streamline their operations and enhance the learning experience for students.

The ERP Coordinator for Education ERP oversees the institution's ERP system's administration, support, and optimization. They ensure the system is effectively integrated into the educational institution's daily operations, helping to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall experience for students, faculty, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

System Management & Maintenance:

• Administer the ERP system, including configuration, customization, and upgrades.
• Ensure data integrity and security by implementing appropriate access controls and data protection measures.
• Perform regular system maintenance, including monitoring performance and troubleshooting issues.

Training & Support:

• Provide training to end users, including faculty, staff, and students, on using the ERP system and its various modules.
• Offer ongoing support and resolve issues or queries raised by users.
• Create user guides and training materials for effective system utilization.

Data Management & Reporting:

• Manage data entry and integrity across different modules of the ERP system.
• Develop and generate reports for various stakeholders such as administration, faculty, and students.
• Work with different departments to understand reporting needs and provide insights.

Implementation & Integration:

• Work with the IT team and vendors to implement new ERP modules and features.
• Coordinate with other departments to integrate the ERP system with existing technologies and processes.
• Monitor and facilitate the adoption of new features and upgrades.
