Roles & Responsibilities:- Assist in the setup and configuration of the ERP system to align with the specific needs of the cosmetic manufacturing processes.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry into the ERP system, including product information, inventory levels, and production schedules.- Provide training sessions to members on ERP system functionalities and troubleshoot any issues that arise during daily operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the ERP system.
- Conduct regular audits of ERP data to verify accuracy and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in ERP management to enhance the effectiveness of the system within the organization.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.- Hands-on experience with ERP implementation and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, ODOO).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
