Lead or contribute to the configuration, customization, and implementation of ERP systems.
Collaborate with development teams to integrate ERP software with existing systems.
Business Process Analysis:
- Analyze and document client's existing business processes.
Identify areas for improvement and recommend changes to optimize workflow efficiency.
Training and Support:
- Provide training to end-users on ERP system functionalities.
Offer ongoing support to address user issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide solutions.
Project Management:
- Manage ERP implementation projects, ensuring they are completed within scope, time, and budget.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Customization and Configuration:
- Customize ERP software to align with client-specific requirements.
Configure modules, workflows, and reports to meet business needs.
Data Migration and Integration:
- Oversee data migration from legacy systems to the ERP platform.
Implement integration solutions to connect the ERP system with other applications.
Documentation:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of ERP configurations, processes, and customizations.
Create user guides and documentation for training purposes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in ERP implementation and consulting.
Skills: - In-depth knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
Strong business process analysis and optimization skills.
Project management expertise.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
