Note: This is a requirement for one of the Workassist Hiring Partner.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough and insightful equity research, analysis, and financial modeling to generate investment recommendations.
• Lead a team of consultant analysts, providing guidance and mentorship to enhance their analytical skills and professional growth.
• Develop and maintain financial models to forecast company earnings and valuation.
• Produce high-quality research reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the investment team to identify investment opportunities and risks.
• Stay abreast of market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes impacting assigned sectors.
• Engage in client meetings and calls to discuss research findings and investment ideas.
• Participate in conferences and industry events to expand knowledge and network.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field. A CFA charter or progress towards it is highly advantageous
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in equity research or a related field.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Leadership experience with a focus on team development and mentorship.
• Proficiency in using financial databases and software (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ethical standards and integrity.
