Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Equity Client Service Associate located in South Mumbai. As an Equity Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our clients. Your day-to-day tasks will include responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will also collaborate with internal teams to assist with client onboarding, account maintenance, and product education. On a quarterly basis you will be responsible to create Trade execution files, place trades, reconcile and prepare performance reports for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Trade Execution Support: Assist in preparing and submitting quarterly trade execution files with minimal errors for review.
- Client Education: Educate clients on various investment products and market trends to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Document Handling: Travel to clients locations for document collection and processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Communication Management: Inform clients about relevant communications and their implications for their accounts.
- Performance Reporting: Support in generating and distributing quarterly performance reports to clients.
- Record Keeping: Maintain precise records of client interactions, transactions, and account activities.
- Compliance Adherence: Uphold regulatory standards in all client interactions and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related field
- Previous experience in financial services, ideally with exposure to equity markets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Attention to detail and confidentiality in handling client information.
- Willingness to travel within Mumbai and Navi Mumbai as required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
