Could you be the full-time Elementary Production Unit (EPU) Manager in Sricity, Andhra Pradesh we're looking for
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your extensive management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside dedicated and skilled teammates.
You'll lead autonomous teams of operators to ensure production excellence, maintaining safety and adhering to commitments in terms of Quality, Cost, Delivery, People. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Methods, Maintenance, Quality, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Engineering), drive continuous improvement processes and much more.
You'll specifically take care of enforcing safety rules, managing production teams, and driving operational and managerial improvement plans, but also represent site management towards employees.
We'll look to you for:
Enforcing environmental, health, and safety standards
Ensuring quality production meets customer expectations
Meeting delivery targets and implementing corrective actions when necessary
Managing costs and optimizing resource allocation
Leading and developing autonomous teams
Representing site management and being the primary contact for Union Representatives

Degree in Engineering or comparable professional experience
Experience or understanding of production in industries such as Automotive, Railways, or Commercial Vehicle Manufacturing
Knowledge of production systems (lean manufacturing) and basics in Supply Chain
Familiarity with continuous improvement processes and visual management
A leadership disposition with a resilient and adaptable mindset
Excellent organizational and management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
