Could you be the full-time Production Manager in [LOCATION] we're looking for
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your electrical/mechanical engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside dedicated, innovative, and result-oriented teammates.
You'll drive operational excellence and enhance productivity within our production teams. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Methods, Maintenance, Quality & CI, Human Resources, Supply Chain & Warehouse, Testing), enforce safety and quality standards, and much more.
You'll specifically take care of capacity and workload management, including People Utilization and Productivity improvement, but also managing tools and addressing Internal & External Demerits.
We'll look to you for:
Enforcing company safety rules and improving EHS (Environment, Health and Safety)
Managing production teams and monitoring daily activities
Delivering production in line with quality, cost, and delivery targets
Defining and driving the implementation of operational and managerial improvement plans
Developing autonomous production teams and representing Site management
Ensuring safety training and compliance with production quality
Driving continuous improvement of processes and managing department KPIs

Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
5 to 7 years of experience in a relevant area
Knowledge of production systems (lean manufacturing), and basics in Supply Chain
Proven ability to summarize and focus on critical issues
Experience working with Cross-Functional Teams (CFT) to drive results
Strong communication skills and customer orientation
Experience in multi-cultural management and the ability to manage teams in cross-cultural relationships
