Hiring Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Auditor for Affinity Global Services Pvt. Ltd
Job Description:
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures.
- Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of EHS programs and make necessary improvements.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and recommendations.
- Train employees on EHS policies and practices.
- Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Stay updated with the latest EHS regulations and best practices.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility within the organization.
Desired Profile:
- Excellent knowledge of EHS regulations and standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in EHS auditing or a related role.
- Certification in EHS auditing (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001) is preferred.

Annual CTC: 5 Lakhs / PA
