About Woofly.in: Woofly.in is a dynamic pet care startup based in Bangalore, providing doorstep services such as grooming, veterinary consultations, and more for pet parents. We are expanding rapidly and are looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence who can wear multiple hats and help drive our operations to the next level.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Order Management:
- Oversee and manage daily orders to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Coordinate with the operations team to address any issues or delays.
- Pet Service Provider Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with pet service providers.
- Ensure service providers adhere to Woofly.in's standards and protocols.
- Handle service provider queries and concerns.
- Operational Flow Management:
- Streamline and optimize operational processes for efficiency.
- Monitor and manage the end-to-end service delivery process.
- Implement strategies to improve operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
- Interviews and Cold Calling:
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for various roles.
- Perform cold calling to potential service providers and customers to expand our network.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist in marketing and promotional activities as needed.
- Support the founders in various strategic initiatives.
- Take on additional tasks as required to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for the pet care industry and a desire to contribute to the growth of a startup.
