Entrepreneur in Residence

Founder's office - Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to drive cross-functional projects spanning different functional teams at The Indus Valley. This role is ideal for anyone who is looking to rapidly advance their career and assume responsibilities in a fast-paced company.

Your Playground :

- Understand the competition in-depth, research the product/services basis on the need of the customers, and market analysis of existing competitors

- Analyze data (financial/operational/retail transaction), identify root causes of problems, and draw actionable business insights

- Support CXO and team members in developing detailed go-forward strategies or performance improvement plans

- Build business models and effective presentations to communicate the recommendations/ solutions

- Drive implementation of business-critical initiatives, regular progress

- Sets and drives key business initiatives across the company

- Assignments will include a mix of various activities to be completed within specified timelines.

- Dig into detailed business metrics, identify root causes/insights, and pick up hands-on execution to drive projects to closure within expected timelines.

- Work cross-functionally across teams to Get Things Done.

- Lead 0 to 1 initiative, such as new business models, partnerships, transformation projects, etc. that require cross-functional collaboration, execute successful POCs, derive learnings, lay out the long term processes, and hand over to long term owners.

- Rapidly advance your career and assume responsibilities in a fast-growing organization.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven entrepreneurial experience, minimum 5 year with a strong business acumen.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive innovation and change.

- Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.

- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
