Scandalous Foods is a one stop shop for popular Indian sweets for the HoReCa industry
We sell Indian sweets with 6 months shelf life, preservative free in single serve & tray formats
We're looking for a person with an entrepreneurial itch, to lead our sales expansion into HoReCa in Mumbai & nearby cities. The person should think out of the box and work outside the matrix.
We love people who're agile, malleable, ductile yet highly tensile.
The person will have to develop & execute comprehensive sales strategy
Open new territories & channels for the co
Ensure customer satisfaction & retention
Analyze & tweak in accordance with market trends & competition analysis
Collaborate with our companies production, NPD & SCM to ensure seamless customer experience
Continuously track sales metrics & improve, learn, relearn & implement better
Represent company at relevant conferences, industry events & relevant places to raise brand awareness & generate leads
What we're looking at in you:
Ran a business that achieved exceptional sales but probably failed for other external or internal environment
Strong understanding of human behavior
Experience in F&B HoReCa business or/& B2B is an add on but not necessary
People from banking & insurance, not preferred
Freshers who have been part of clubs like AiSEC, Rotract or College startup incubators or Ecells are also welcome to apply
Qualities of the person:
The person should love to have sensible conversations, network, find solutions (not point problems) & be open to & learn & improve from feedbacks.
