Role: Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR)
As our Entrepreneur in Residence, you'll work directly with the founders to drive strategic initiatives in operations. The EIR role at Kookar is ideal for ambitious individuals who aspire to build or lead their own venture in the future.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead operations for the company & play a key role in productizing the journey.
- Act as a problem solver and work across product development & operations
- Actively contribute to building Kookar's growth strategy and customer obsessiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from Tier 1 colleges (IITs or BITS only).
- 1-3 years of experience in a high-growth startup, consulting, VC/PE, or founding experience in your own venture.
- Proven ability to handle ambiguity and deliver impactful results in fast-paced environments.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and act on opportunities quickly.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and execution skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Bonus: Experience in AI/tech startups or familiarity with the B2C landscape is a plus.
