**Job Description**:

We are looking for a dynamic and visionary **Entrepreneur in Residence** who will work closely with our leadership team to drive innovation, develop new business opportunities, and contribute to our overall strategy. This is a temporary, high-impact role suited for an experienced entrepreneur with a background in healthcare, healthtech, or medical tourism, who is passionate about leveraging their skills to grow our business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Idea Generation & Validation**: Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, or ventures in the healthcare and medical tourism sectors.

- **Strategic Input**: Work with the leadership team to refine Healtour Solutions business model, identify growth areas, and design go-to-market strategies.

- **Business Development**: Build and nurture relationships with hospitals, medical professionals, government bodies, and other stakeholders to expand Healtours reach.

- **Product & Service Innovation**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative products or services that meet the needs of global medical tourists.

- **Mentorship & Guidance**: Provide strategic advice to internal teams, assist in scaling operations, and mentor emerging leaders within the company.

- **Fundraising & Investment**: Work closely with the CEO to explore fundraising options and engage with investors, leveraging your network to secure growth capital.

- **Market Research**: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies that could benefit Healtour Solutions.

- **Launch New Initiatives**: Spearhead the development and launch of new business verticals, products, or services aligned with the company's goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an entrepreneur or in a senior leadership role within the healthcare, healthtech, or medical tourism sectors.

- Demonstrated success in building and scaling businesses, particularly in fast-growing or innovative markets.

- Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including hospital networks, patient acquisition strategies, and medical travel logistics.

- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and execute ideas effectively.

- Previous experience with fundraising, business development, or partnership-building is highly desirable.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- MBA or relevant advanced degree.

- Prior experience in healthtech, telemedicine, or global healthcare platforms.

- Strong network within the healthcare, investment, or medical tourism industries.
