The objective of the Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) Program at Captiv has been included in order to capture well-seasoned entrepreneurs or other skilled individuals who would be able to utilize their knowledge towards the growth of the company while also testing other ideas for business ventures. Below is the possible outline of such a program:

Objectives:

Innovation and Growth: The EIR is a complete, experienced entrepreneur, having an investor's and business mind which is why Captiv decided to implement the experience of EIR, in finding new business, new strategies, and enhancement of products.

Mentorship and Leadership: The teams shall be guided by the EIR in their activities, and product development will be led through design and strategic decisions that advance the spirit of entrepreneurship at Captiv.

Program Benefits for entrepreneurs:

Access to Resources: The entrepreneur in residence (EIR) uses the resources available at Captiv which include; market knowledge, supportive teams, and technology in-house to test and grow alternative business concepts.

Opportunity for Collaboration: Participating in projects carried out by Captiv provides the advantage of being able to work with its internal teams which makes it possible to implement innovations in the shortest time possible.

Potential for Future Ventures: The program may provide an opportunity for the EIR to establish a new business in future either on his or her own or together with Captiv.

Key Responsibilities:

• Idea Generation and Business Development: The EIR is expected to work closely with the leadership team to ideate and explore new market opportunities that align with Captiv's core business.
• Mentorship and Support: The EIR will mentor internal teams, especially on projects related to innovation, scaling, and strategic growth.
