Bold Care is one of India's leading men's health and wellness brand focusing on sexual health, based out of Mumbai. In the last 3 years, we have serviced more than 1.5Mn users and been funded by some of the leading early stage consumer & healthcare investors in the country.

Apart from this Ranveer Singh has recently partnered with Bold Care as a co-owner and face of the brand.

Our goal is to change the sexual health and wellness landscape in India by creating a leading consumer healthcare company and we are looking for key team members to be part of this journey!

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) with a key focus on Digital Marketing to drive user retention, engagement, and category growth. This role offers the opportunity to shape digital strategies, optimize campaigns, and directly contribute to the company's growth in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Role Description:

1. User Retention & Engagement:

  • Design and implement marketing strategies to boost customer retention and lifetime value.
  • Analyze customer data to understand behavior, preferences, and churn patterns, using insights to optimize retention initiatives.
  • Develop and manage loyalty programs, referral programs, and other initiatives aimed at increasing user engagement and retention.

2. Acquisition & Category Growth:

  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram).
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to identify growth opportunities within existing categories and execute targeted strategies.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, user retention efforts, and category growth initiatives.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and continuously optimize performance.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, user retention, or category growth, ideally within a D2C or e-commerce environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebEngage, Shopify).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
