We are seeking a dynamic and creative Entertainment Executive to join our team at Della Adventure and Resorts. The Entertainment Executive will be responsible for curating and executing engaging entertainment programs and events to enhance the guest experience and promote the Della brand. This role requires a combination of strategic planning, artistic flair, and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Entertainment Program Development: Collaborate with the management team to conceptualize and develop innovative entertainment programs and events that cater to the diverse interests of our guests.
Talent Management: Identify, contract, and manage a roster of talented performers, artists, musicians, and entertainers to ensure high-quality entertainment offerings across various venues within the resort.
Event Coordination: Coordinate all aspects of entertainment events, including scheduling, logistics, technical requirements, and budget management, to ensure seamless execution and guest satisfaction.
Creative Direction: Provide creative direction and guidance to performers and production teams to ensure that entertainment offerings align with the Della brand standards and enhance the overall guest experience.
Promotion and Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials to effectively market entertainment events and drive attendance from both resort guests and external audiences.
Guest Interaction: Interact with guests to gather feedback, gauge satisfaction levels, and identify opportunities for improvement in entertainment offerings.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure that all entertainment activities and events comply with relevant safety regulations and industry standards, prioritizing the well-being of guests and performers at all times.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Performing Arts, or related field.
Proven experience in entertainment programming, event management, or talent booking, preferably within the hospitality or entertainment industry.
Strong creative vision and artistic sensibility, with the ability to conceptualize and execute engaging entertainment concepts.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and talent.
Knowledge of technical requirements for live entertainment production, including sound, lighting, and staging, is preferred.

Minimum Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Performing Arts, or related field.
