Responsible for administration and support of integration components for enterprise applications (EAI) using IBM middleware Technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Installation, configuration, upgrading, development, remote technical support, troubleshooting, and system administration of WebSphere MQ and IIB v10 and above especially in ACE 11, 12
- Planning, Installation, and Administration of WebSphere MQ, WebSphere Message Broker, ACE 11, and 12 on various platforms Linux and Windows
- Installing and configuring MQ V8.x, 9.x on various platforms
- Installing and setting up MQ/Process monitoring tools
- Knowledge on infrastructure maintenance housekeeping, server patching and other upgrades
- Knowledge about databases like DB2, ORACLE, and SQL Server
- Good knowledge in CI/CD, IBM PMR process, DevOps concepts, Security vulnerabilities, Audits and DR activities
- Good knowledge on monitoring tools like Splunk, Kibana etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Willingness and ability to quickly adapt to new environments and learn new technologies.
- AWS and Azure services knowledge and about the components on how it works
- Providing 24/7 support for WebSphere MQ and IIB Issues
