The Opportunity
We are seeking a driven and experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in securing high-value deals with large enterprises in the retail sector. You will leverage your expertise in omni channel solutions and your strong relationship-building skills to develop strategic partnerships and drive significant revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the enterprise segment, aligned with overall company goals.
- Identify and qualify high-potential enterprise accounts within the Indian retail landscape.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts, understanding their unique challenges and business objectives.
- Craft compelling sales presentations that showcase the value proposition of Pallet's omni channel solutions and how they can address specific client needs.
- Negotiate and close complex enterprise deals, ensuring profitability and exceeding sales targets.
- Manage and forecast the sales pipeline for assigned accounts, ensuring timely deal progression.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product development, marketing, customer support) to ensure a seamless sales process and exceptional client experience.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
- Coach and mentor less experienced team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and high performance.

Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within the B2B technology or retail solution space.
- Preferring female candidates only
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and securing high-value deals in a competitive environment.
- In-depth understanding of omni channel retail solutions and their impact on business performance.
- Strong understanding of the Indian retail landscape and its current challenges.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
- Strategic thinking, analytical skills, and a data-driven approach to sales.
