Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve ambitious revenue growth targets.
- Identify and qualify new leads, cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, and close deals effectively.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities and develop data-driven sales strategies.
- Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
- Identify and engage with potential clients and build long-lasting relationships.
- Supporting direct reports by participating and leading in client and prospect meetings.
- Cross-functional engagement with different departments.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales leadership, preferably in the HR Tech or SaaS.
- Experience working in US Market is preferred.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment landscape and emerging technologies like AI.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Passion for building strong relationships and ability to effectively connect with C-suite and senior-level decision-makers.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strategic mindset and ability to develop and execute long-term sales plans.
