Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve ambitious revenue growth targets.
  • Identify and qualify new leads, cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, and close deals effectively.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities and develop data-driven sales strategies.
  • Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients and build long-lasting relationships.
  • Supporting direct reports by participating and leading in client and prospect meetings.
  • Cross-functional engagement with different departments.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales leadership, preferably in the HR Tech or SaaS.
  • Experience working in US Market is preferred.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment landscape and emerging technologies like AI.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Passion for building strong relationships and ability to effectively connect with C-suite and senior-level decision-makers.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strategic mindset and ability to develop and execute long-term sales plans.

  • Experience selling AI-powered solutions or other innovative HR technologies.
  • Proven ability to build and manage successful sales channels.
  • Deep understanding of the SaaS sales model.
