Key Roles and Responsibilities
Drive sales through rigorous cold callings and meeting potential corporate clients
Understand clients requirements and tailor-pitch our services accordingly to close sales
Gather travel requirements like density of travel, micro-markets where employees travel, avg
accommodation budget etc and pitch Company's Business Residences
Source the right kind of properties for clients and prepare proposals that are are well documented and presented
Tweak and make changes within each proposal as per the requirement of the client
Work with the operations team to ensure client requirements are met while getting the Business
Residences ready
Generate leads for your region via various sources and channels
Responsible for end-to-end sales process: onboarding clients->closing revenue deals->retention and repeat business for your region
Maintain monthly sales tracker of accounts & ensure collection of accounts receivable/outstanding amounts from clients/accounts
Conduct periodic market research for finding different avenues for demand, collecting competitors data and effective data mining for generating prospects
Tracking data with regular reporting
