Job Title: Enterprise Business Manager - West Zone (Pune HQ) / South (Bangalore or Hyderabad)

Role Overview: As an Enterprise Business Manager at CelerityX, you will be responsible for driving the company's objectives by mapping key large enterprise accounts in the designated geography, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving the Annual Operating Plan (AOP). You will build strategic alliances with brands and potential business partners, onboard new enterprise key accounts, and maintain fruitful relationships with existing partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve company objectives by mapping key large enterprise accounts and identifying opportunities for CelerityX products/services to meet AOP.
- Identify and build strategic alliances with brands (OEMs/VARs/Other stakeholders) and potential business partners to generate business objectives and meet the Annual Operating Plan.
- Onboard new enterprise key accounts, identify new business opportunities, and deliver monthly/quarterly targets.
- Maintain fruitful relationships with existing partners, upsell existing key accounts, and develop a partnership pipeline in the EBU space.
- Understand government business and documentation with reference to tenders/GEM portal.
- Identify new channels and partners to grow the business.
- Resolve queries through structured thinking within TAT and handle grievances as per SLA.
- Possess a sound understanding of technology and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Proactively solve customer problems and take additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge.
- Improve the level of customer service and ensure smooth delivery of products to end users as committed.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to handle end-to-end responsibilities of the partnership and act as a bridge to deliver all the requirements of the partners.
- Analyze gaps in existing processes and optimize them as strategic projects.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in our space and the overall enterprise landscape.
- Highlight competitive activity and build appropriate counters.
- Work closely with the team towards conceptualizing and building the right product strategies.
- Communicate new features and products available to a set of clients.
- Partner with the accounting team to generate invoices and ensure swift collections and business receivables.
- Track and measure all client conversations, analyze trends, and build documented account history and actionable plans.
