Responsibilities: -
- Developing and executing the enterprise sales strategy for our financial wellness solutions, targeting CXOs/Founders/Owners
- Identifying and targeting potential enterprise clients in various industries, with a focus on companies in offline & online B2B distributions and on board them as an anchor on Quid
- Establishing, building and maintaining relationships with Anchors, NBFCs and internal Stake holders
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions to address client concerns
- Negotiating and closing enterprise deals
- Providing ongoing account assistance to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Collaborating with internal teams to identify potential areas of growth, new product development, and innovative solutions to streamline current processes
Qualification: -
- 6+ years of experience in Supply chain financing/ fintech Start-ups or similar domains
- Proven track record of independently engaging, pursuing leads and closing large deals with CXO's and other key stakeholders
- Strong understanding of financial products and industry trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct research and analysis to identify client needs and pain points in employee wellness programs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, start-up environment
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, or a related field
