Title: Enterprise Sales Manager/Account Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION / KEY DELIVERABLES
n
- Business Development: Identify, target, and engage potential clients in the CPaaS industry. Acquire new Clients across all Communication channels SMS, WhatsApp,RCS ,Email
n- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations. Understand client needs and tailor CPaaS solutions to meet those needs.
n- Sales Planning: Meet sales target, plan and present sales projection. Create a strong sales funnel and measure conversion based on target. Generating sales leads through various sources (Accounts Mapping, cold calling, prospecting) and building corporate database
n- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and customer needs.
n- Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market analysis to senior management.

Qualifications:
n
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the telecommunications or cloud communications industry, with at least 3 years in a CPaaS or related field.
n- Education: MBA in Marketing preferred along with Graduation from reputed University/Institutes
n- Skills:
n- Strong understanding of CPaaS, SaaS, telecommunications, and cloud-based communication services.
n- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
n- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
n- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.
