Job Description & Expectations:
ProManage is looking for a Manager / Sr. Manager of Enterprise Business Development With Chanel Parnership. In this position
- Develop and execute a comprehensive channel partnership strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Identify and recruit strategic channel partners that align with our company's objectives and target market segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners, providing support, training, and resources as needed to maximize their performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to develop partner programs, incentives, and promotions.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimize channel performance.
- Conduct regular business reviews with channel partners to evaluate performance, address challenges, and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Prepare and present regular reports and updates to senior management on channel partnership activities, performance metrics, and ROI.
The position is based in Chennai but will involve extensive travel.
Experience, Expertise and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, enterprise sales with a focus on channel partnerships and indirect sales channels.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth through channel partnerships.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a demonstrated ability to execute complex sales strategies.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in analyzing sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to inform decision-making.
- Experience working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales enablement tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
Technical skills:
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
- Outstanding analytics and Excel skills.
- Ability to develop cogent and compelling presentations.
- Proposal development and pricing skills.
- High level of comfort with technology and systems.
- Selling to markets outside of India is an added advantage
Sales management skills:
- Structured forecasting.
- Systematic funnel development and prospect follow-up processes.
- Experience using CRM and systematically logging all business development data.

Academic qualifications required:
- MBA-Marketing from a Top 30 College.
- Bachelor of Engineering with any specialization (Specialized with CSE will be an added advantage)
- Some experience in programming is a definite plus.
