Position Overview: GridFree Solar Energy Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced ERP Manager to lead the implementation and management of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in integrating and optimizing business processes, ensuring seamless operations within the Solar EPC division in Bhilwara, Rajasthan.

Responsibilities:

1. ERP Implementation:

Lead the end-to-end implementation of the ERP system for the Solar EPC business in Bhilwara.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design workflows aligned with industry best practices.

Customize and configure the ERP system to meet the specific needs of the Solar EPC business.

2. Data Migration and Integration:

Oversee the migration of data from existing systems to the new ERP platform.

Ensure smooth integration with other business applications and systems.

3. Process Optimization:

Analyze and streamline business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives within the Solar EPC division.

4. User Training and Support:

Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to ensure proficiency in using the ERP system.

Provide ongoing support to users, addressing issues and optimizing system usage.

5. System Maintenance and Upgrades:

Manage system updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure the ERP system is current and secure.

Work closely with IT teams to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance.

6. Reporting and Analytics:

Design and implement reporting tools to provide key insights into business performance.

Generate regular reports for management to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

7. Security and Compliance:

Implement and enforce security measures to safeguard sensitive data within the ERP system.

Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience (3 years) in ERP system implementation and management.

Strong understanding of Solar EPC business processes and workflows.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

In-depth knowledge of ERP systems

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
