Title: Enterprise Content Management

Location: Hyderabad

Job Type: 12 Months Contract

Requirement:

5+ years work experience is required.

OpenText (or) Fiserv DocPlus experience is a must.

Note: Even if the candidate don't have experience in docplus, they would train but they should be willing to work on docplus.

Primary Skill: Fiserv DocPlus (or any other Customer Communication Management tools like OpenText Exstream)

Secondary Skill: Finacle Core Banking Solutions

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Act as the subject matter expert for Fiserv DocPlus or similar ECM products, handling administration, configuration, and end user experience (knowledge of creating and designing of letters/correspondence.).
• Manage software stages, including release/testing, upgrades, deployment (CI/CD tools), and troubleshoot issues.
• Lead technology refresh projects, oversee customer letter design, and drive process efficiency.
• Knowledge of basic Javascript, XML, library files, variables, SQL, with familiarity in programming skills and JIRA/ServiceNow.
