As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will build a portfolio of enterprise clients and develop long-term relationships with the key account stakeholders. In addition, you are expected to sell the Hyqoo value proposition help clients bridge talent gaps by hiring a remote workforce across various regions.
Over the course of your tenure you can expect:

- Complete our HR orientation, introductions with various teams, personalized sales training, and learn the Hyqoo operating model and the sales process.
- Work with your manager to identify the target clients list and set revenue targets.
- Begin to meet with clients, articulate our value proposition, and identify how to help organizations in your target portfolio.
- Generate new business opportunities with prospective accounts and expand wallet-share of existing accounts.
- Negotiate and close business deals that promote sustained, long-term revenue.
- Work collaboratively with clients and help them to engage with Hyqoo engineering specialists.
- Build long-term relationships with your clients built on trust while advising them on building a world-class, flexible team.
- Serve as a mentor for SDRs/Sales Reps to ensure success in their role.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in full-cycle sales of large, complex, and multi-phased technology projects to enterprise clients.
- 2-4 years of selling experience in small/mid-size talent solutions companies.
- Deep interest in technology and ability to have informed discussions about delivery.
- Experience negotiating service agreements with procurement and legal departments within enterprise accounts.
- Possess a hunter salesperson mentality and always thinking about growth.
- Innovative and adaptable team player who drives change and thrives in a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities.
- Strong active listening skills, highly consultative, and solutions-oriented.
- Open to travel to onsite/abroad locations.
- Bachelors degree.
