Our expertise lies in facilitating hassle-free DevSecOps adoption by offering in-depth analysis, workflow evaluation methods, and appropriate remediation.

Job Description -

  • Lead discovery calls and technical presentations to communicate the value proposition of DevSecOps tools, security solutions, and managed IT services.
  • Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of DevSecOps principles (automation, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), security at scale) and explain how the company's offerings solve specific pain points for clients.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales proposals, statements of work (SOW), and presentations that clearly articulate the benefits of solutions.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations, ensuring satisfaction and continued business growth.
  • Understand client needs in depth and develop tailored solutions for DevSecOps implementations, IT security, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the sales cycle, from initial consultation to post-sale support.
  • Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies, including advancements in DevSecOps, security automation, cloud services, and enterprise IT tools.
  • Conduct market research to understand competitors, client demands, and technological shifts within the IT services landscape.
  • Provide input to product and service development based on market insights and client feedback.
  • Manage the sales lifecycle from initial outreach and lead qualification to proposal and closure.
  • Work closely with the technical team to ensure accurate solution scoping, pricing, and project delivery timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and smooth transition for new clients.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of business development experience in the IT services, cloud security, or software development sector, with a proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Experience working with DevSecOps tools and concepts, such as security automation, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), container security, vulnerability management, and infrastructure-as-code.
  • Familiarity with popular DevSecOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Terraform, Kubernetes, Ansible, Docker, SonarQube, Snyk, HashiCorp Vault, etc.).

We need immediate joiner. Budget is 10L - 12L.
