Job Description:
We are hiring Dynamic Enterprise Account Managers (HoReCa) in Bangalore, Delhi, and Mumbai to drive consultative selling and build lasting relationships with our PAN India partners. Youll be more than just an employeeyoull be part of a tight-knit team where energy, progress, and enjoyment go hand in hand.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with key accounts across India, ensuring that client needs are met and growth opportunities are maximized.
Consultative Selling: Lead consultative sales efforts by understanding the unique needs of each client and tailoring BlitzGros services to help them achieve rapid and sustainable growth.
Strategic Partnerships: Drive strategic partnerships and foster collaboration between clients and BlitzGro, ensuring both sides benefit from a high-energy, results-driven relationship.
Sales Development: Act as a driving force in our sales team, contributing to the overall sales strategy and ensuring progress is made toward achieving our companys scaling goals.
Market Insights: Stay ahead of market trends and competitive dynamics to provide informed recommendations to clients, always keeping their progress on track and energized.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in key account management, consultative sales, and business development.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
Results-driven with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
Knowledge of the food industry is a plus.
