We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Enterprise Account Executive (Americas) to join our fast-growing SaaS sales team. As a hunting AE, you will be responsible for proactively identifying and qualifying new business opportunities within your assigned territory. You will leverage your strong prospecting skills and deep understanding of the market to build relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts, uncover their pain points, and demonstrate how Sprinto can solve their unique compliance challenges. Ultimately, your success will be measured by your ability to consistently generate qualified leads, close high-value deals, and exceed quota.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify potential leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand the unique requirements and challenges of prospective clients with respect to their GRC needs.
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and exceed sales quotas.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities by effectively managing the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales support, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Work closely with your pod SDR to build a good pipeline coverage to hit revenue and logo goals
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our SaaS solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale to maximize profitability while meeting the needs of the customer.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
- Represent Sprinto with professionalism and integrity at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Requirements
- Proven 5 -8 years of sales experience in the SaaS industry, preferably as a Hunting Account Executive or a similar role.
- Previous experience handling North America as a territory
- Track record of over-achieving quota.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
- Proficient with Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator among other sales stack tools.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent.
