About the Role
This role would be responsible to deliver an outstanding customer service to our students, providing a single point of contact for all non-academic queries and ensuring our students have the information and support they need to succeed in their studies. The main goal of the Enrolment Officer is to ensure students who have accepted their place at Regent College London complete the necessary steps in order to register on their program in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
Qualifications
To provide accurate course and student information as required by the College.
To attend team meetings and contribute to Quality Assurance reviews and audits.
Maintain confidentiality in relation to all college information and to comply with General Data Protection Regulation.
To be involved in College staff development and training schemes and participate in Personal Development Review procedures within the College.
To adhere to the College's Equality and Diversity Scheme with respect to staff and students and to comply with and implement the College's Health and Safety policy.
To undertake any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as may be required.
Pay range and compensation package
Salary: INR 450000 - INR 550000
Report to: Senior Enrolment Officer
Contract type: Full time/Permanent/Remote
Hours: 40 hours per week
Start date: ASAP
