Description
We are seeking an English Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing English language training to our clients and employees. The role requires a candidate with 0-2 years of experience in the job market context of India.
Responsibilities
- Developing and delivering English language training programs to clients and employees
- Assessing the language proficiency of clients and employees and creating training plans
- Providing feedback and support to clients and employees to improve their language skills
- Creating and maintaining training materials and resources
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the training programs
- Collaborating with other trainers to ensure consistency and quality of training delivery
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in English language training in the job market context of India
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong knowledge of English grammar and vocabulary
- Experience with language assessment tools and techniques
- Ability to create engaging and effective training materials
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
