Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated female English Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting English language training sessions for our employees to improve their communication skills, both written and verbal. This position is open to both freshers and experienced candidates who have completed their graduation.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging and effective English language training sessions for employees at different levels.
- Develop customized training materials and resources based on the needs of the team.
- Assess trainees language proficiency and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Monitor progress and adjust training methods accordingly.
- Create a supportive and encouraging learning environment for all trainees.
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices in language training.
- Maintain accurate records of trainees progress and attendance.
Requirements:
- Graduation degree in any field.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
