Fluentorr: Fluentorr is an innovative online English learning platform designed to help students achieve fluency through interactive and engaging sessions. We focus on creating a dynamic learning environment where students can improve their English communication skills through games, activities, and personalized mentoring.

Position: English Mentor

Location: Remote (Online)

Employment Type: Full-time

Schedule: Classes held every day except Sunday, 3-4 sessions per day (each session lasting 60-90 minutes)

Role Overview:

As an English Mentor at Fluentorr, you will be responsible for guiding small groups of students (4-6 per batch) through their language learning journey. Our program emphasizes fluency, interaction, and real-world communication skills, making each class a blend of learning and fun. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our students feel comfortable, engaged, and motivated to participate actively in each session.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct online English classes, facilitating 3-4 sessions daily, with each session lasting between 60 to 90 minutes.

- Utilize interactive teaching methods, including games and activities, to create a fun and engaging learning environment.

- Adapt teaching methodologies to align with Fluentorr's unique syllabus, which differs from conventional teaching systems.

- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, ensuring all students feel valued and encouraged to participate.

- Use icebreakers and interpersonal skills to help students mingle, break the ice, and feel at ease during sessions.

- Provide personalized feedback and support to students, helping them achieve their language learning goals.

- Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm, creating a positive and motivating environment for students.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in teaching English or related fields.

- Highly extroverted, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to engage students and make classes interactive and enjoyable.

- Adaptable and open to changing teaching methods as needed to fit Fluentorrs learning model.

- Familiarity with online teaching platforms and tools.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple sessions daily.
