We are in the process of hiring Assessment Developer- English( Work From Office ) for our office located in Okhla, Delhi.

Job Description:

Minimum Qualification Required*: B.A (English, Lit, Education)

Relevant Years of Experience: 1 (in writing/ copy edit)

Profile: Assessment Developer- English

Work Location: F 4, Second Floor, Okhla Phase I, New Delhi 110020

Working Days: Monday-Friday

Type: Work from Office

Contract: 6 Months

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop content and question sets rooted in educational frameworks such as Depth of Knowledge (DOK) and Bloom's Taxonomy, as well as aligned with specified learning objectives.
• Ensure that assessments meet established quality standards and are grade-appropriate, free of bias and plagiarism.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail to edit content for accuracy, relevance, sensitivity, and thoroughness.
• Create comprehension passages (informational and literary) and questions (multiple choice, stimulus-based, and essay prompt-based).
• Conduct item analysis to evaluate the difficulty and effectiveness of the items.
• Keep abreast of the latest educational trends and methodologies, ensuring that assessments align with current best practices.
• Work collaboratively with the team, providing ideas and participating in brainstorming sessions to enhance workflow.

Mandatory Skills*:

• Strong subject matter expertise in English language and literature
• Proficient in MS Word

Desired Skills:

• Good command in MS Excel
• Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey assessment requirements and expectations to team members.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple assessments simultaneously.
