IELTS Trainer
Job Description
- The candidate will be providing training, guidance, and support in the regard to all modules of IELTS & should be able to handle the multiple batches for training and all the operations of IELTS
- To promote and ensure equality training and effective English language teacher training
- To use a continuous improvement process and tools to make interactive lessons
- Contribute to the development, evaluation, and improvement of English teacher training courses materials and related services
- To apply different methods for the improvement of students results
- Counseling the students for test preparation classes
- Conducting Demos and converting them to a lead.
- Required Experience and Qualifications, Skills, and Key Responsibility:
- Self-motivator & Drive to work. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills. Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
- Interpersonal skills to communicate with various types of client groups.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Experienced (in the same field).
- Pleasing personality.
