Qualifications and Skills

- Strong knowledge of personality development theories and techniques.

- Ability to motivate and inspire individuals to achieve their personal and professional goals.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility to adapt training approaches based on individual needs.
- Proficient in using technology for training purposes.
- Certification in personality development training will be an added advantage.
- Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct English Language Training sessions for individuals and groups.
- Assess the training needs of individuals and develop customized training programs.
- Provide guidance and support to individuals in overcoming personal and professional challenges.
- Implement various teaching methodologies and techniques to engage participants and maximize learning outcomes.
- Assist individuals in developing effective communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Create and deliver engaging presentations and workshops on personality development topics.
- Monitor and evaluate participant progress and provide feedback for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in personality development.
- Collaborate with other trainers and team members to develop innovative training materials and resources.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions and participant evaluations.
