Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an English and Social Teacher at IQRAA International School located in Vijayawada. As an English and Social Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching English and Social Studies to students, developing lesson plans, evaluating student performance, and providing feedback and support. You will create a positive and engaging learning environment that promotes intellectual curiosity and critical thinking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Social Studies, or a related field
• Teaching certification or relevant teaching experience
• Strong knowledge and understanding of English literature, grammar, and social studies concepts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success
• Ability to create and implement engaging and interactive lesson plans
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
• Experience working with diverse student populations
• Fluency in English
• Experience with educational technology and online teaching platforms is a plus
