Oracle is seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master in Scaled Agile (SAFe) Project Management that can work with our product development teams lead them on Agile journey. In this role you will work on a highly collaborative team that values speed and quality, with a strong desire to drive change and foster a positive work environment. Your work will include coaching team members, proactively eliminating barriers, and facilitating team delivery.
Responsibilities For Scrum Master
- Facilitate collaboration between cross functional teams across the globe, advocate agile principles and ensure practices are effectively followed.
- Eliminate impediments and foster an environment for high performing team dynamics and delivery flow.
- Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meeting.
- Support technical leads and product owners in managing the backlog, epics grooming, prioritization and defining initiatives scope.
- Communicate with technical team, product stakeholders, engineering leads and executive leaders.
- Create and maintain projects short and long-term roadmaps, implementation plans, RAID logs and on-cadence reporting.
- Support the timely completion of teams tasks through collaboration, open communication and impediments removal.
- Track and report team and project metrics to all effected stakeholders and management.
- Work with the stakeholders to identify project risks and issues, assist in developing and implementing mitigation and action plans.
- Manage and facilitate multiple agile teams and project simultaneously.
Qualifications For Scrum Master
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager
- Experience working with enterprise scale application development in cloud , knowledge of API and microservices based architecture.
- Strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban principals , values and practices
- Certification SAFe Scrum Master / PMI-ACP / Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- Strong written and oral communication skills, ability to communicate with technical owners and executive leaders.
- Experience with Agile project management tools: JIRA, Confluence, etc
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment, changing requirements and led team to excellence
- Time-management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
