Qualifications And Skills
- 1 yr to 3yrs of full-cycle Engineering-recruiting experience required, preferably in the Semiconductor, Aerospace, Defense, Medical Device, Electronics or automotive Industry.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
- Experience working with MSP and Direct Clients on core W2 requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships.
- Proactive in identifying problems and solution-oriented.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Bachelor degree in technical field
