Engineering Manager

EM Role:-

Overall 15+ yrs of exp with exposure to manage engineering teams and own accountability for the design and code quality of components, applications, solutions and systems.

Strong Program management / Program governance experience. Must have planed techno managerial role in large programs in MS technology area.

Lead, support and grow a development project team and responsible for overall team performance and results

Direct the project team in estimation, analyzing, designing, coding, debugging, testing and modifying software enhancements and/or new software

Provide high-level architecture guidance and create strategic technical designs for projects/programs.

Experience in applications design and development for both greenfield/brownfield with over 5+ years of experience working with Azure Technologies.

Excellent work exp in C# / Dot Net Core / MVC 5 along with Work exp in Azure PaaS - Azure Web Apps, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Storage account, Azure SQL, AKS, APIM (Have Ground level Experience from Early career)

Azure Migration - On-prem to Azure Cloud ready solution

Good experience in application migration or modernization of .NET, databases and legacy to any public/private cloud with using both PasS or IaaS based implementation

Strong implementation knowledge of micro services, APIs, applying event streams for integration patterns.

Manage escalation and issue resolution for internal or external clients and stakeholders and excellent customer management skills.

Provide input and work with Customer in shaping project resourcing plans

Translate business problems into functional work estimates at the component level for current and future projects

Realize continuous improvement of Agile services productivity.

Identify and lead team-level quality and process improvement initiatives including Automation

Strong work exp in DevOps implementation and exp in tools like Azure DevOps.

Good understanding of other Cloud Technologies. Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies. Defined and implemented policies and strategies for the team.

Drive Delivery Lead Growth and Shape opportunities for Outcome based model.
