Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Engineering Manager at the Company headquarters at Bangalore
The Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of design and project engineers, overseeing product development, standardization, value engineering, project management, and integration of powder handling systems from raw materials receipt through debagging, pneumatic conveying, silo storage and downstream weighing/batching/blending/ mixing
The Engineering Manager will also be involved in day-to-day operations, ensuring timely and successful completion of projects coordinating with Sales/Mfg/Service teams and their Managers.
Qualifications
- Engineering Management and Team Leadership skills
- Experience in Product Development and Project Management
- Knowledge of integration of bulk powder handling systems including controls and instrumentation
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in the manufacturing industry
- Experience in leading an engineering department and in engineering documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 12 to 15 yrs experience in Design and Engineering disciplines
