Open Position Engineering Manager- Must-Have: 3-4 years in a Managerial role.

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager with at least 8 years of experience, including 3-4 years in a managerial role, to lead our engineering team. The ideal candidate will excel in guiding and growing engineering teams, delivering complex software systems, and fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Collaborate with technical, product and UX leads to plan projects, clarify requirements, and execute development plans to meet contractual timelines.- Drive productive technical design sessions and discussions, ensuring the right people are involved, and that decisions are well documented
Manage the growth and development of the team members
- Champion engineering best practices during the course of customer implementations and ensure on-time delivery of a high-quality product.
Work with implementation project managers to provide crisp updates on progress and risks toward achieving milestones.- Live our team values of ownership, innovation, cooperation, and empathy for our customer
- 8 years of experience out of which 3-4 years in a Managerial role is mandatory Leading and growing engineering teams while delivering on complex software systems for customers.
Planning, building, testing, and maintaining complex software applications- Onboarding, mentoring, and coaching new team members on technical and non-technical aspects.
Demonstrated strong ownership mentality, stakeholder management skills, and results orientation.
- Effective communication with cross-functional leaders to drive collaborative problem-solving and decision-making.
Familiarity with one or more of the following languages/frameworks (by order of priority, most to least): GoLang, React, Kotlin, Swift, RDBMS, MongoDB, Google Cloud Platform, CI/CD, Concourse
