Combination of Golang, React and MongoDB and Lead role who can lead a team.
Job Duties / Expectations:
Collaborate with technical, product and UX leads to plan projects, clarify requirements, and execute on development plans to meet contractual timelines.
Drive productive technical design sessions and discussions, ensuring the right people are involved, and that decisions are well documented
Manage the growth and development of the team members
Champion engineering best practices during the course of customer implementations and ensure on-time delivery of a high quality product.
Work with implementation project managers to provide crisp updates on progress and risks towards achieving milestones.

Experience
Leading and growing engineering teams while delivering on complex software systems for customers.
Planning, building, testing, and maintaining complex software applications
Onboarding, mentoring and coaching new team members on technical and non-technical aspects.
Demonstrated strong ownership mentality, stakeholder management skills and results orientation.
Effective communication with cross-functional leaders to drive collaborative problem solving and decision making.
