Job Description

  • Leadership experience as a software engineer in mainframe solutions and languages (COBOL, IMS, DB2, CICS, JCL, etc.)
  • Overall IT Experience: 10+ Yrs
  • 3-5 years of experience leading and developing teams as a manager/lead
  • Strong team management and organization skills; ability to lead, motivate and direct a global workgroup
  • Strong performance management skills to include coaching, goal setting, holding team members across multiple levels accountable for commitments
  • Proven track record of experience with building and supporting scalable, high-performance applications
  • Strong Experience with agile delivery model
  • Overall IT Experience: 10+ Yrs
  • 3-5 years of experience leading and developing teams as a manager/lead
  • Leadership experience as a software engineer in mainframe solutions and languages (COBOL, IMS, DB2, CICS, JCL, etc.)
  • Strong Experience with agile delivery model
  • Azure Cloud in general
  • ETL / Integration processes
  • SDLC for modern full-stack web applications [.NET, C#, SQL, Angular, Blazor]
