• Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager or Tech Lead to join our dynamic team in the fintech industry, focusing on stockbroking solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and leadership experience, with proficiency in our tech stacks: React.js, Flutter, Golang, and MongoDB.

• Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance and mentorship.

• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of high-quality software solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.

• Ensure best practices in coding, architecture, and security are followed.

• Requirements:

Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or Tech Lead.

• Strong technical expertise in React.js, Flutter, Golang, and MongoDB.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Experience in the fintech industry, particularly in stockbroking, is a plus.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

• Qualifications:

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a technical management role.

• Bachelor's degree in Technology

Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Results-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
