Job Description:Position Summary: We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and coordinate the development of our software projects. The ideal candidate is expected to establish new and innovative systems to drive efficiency in software development. As an Engineering Manager at Faclon Labs, you will be responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software products.
Key Responsibilities:1 Project Management:
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Monitor Product Tracker, Sprint Trackers, and Clickup to ensure timely delivery and global visibility.
- Introduce best practices for project management and set up systems for smooth functioning.
2 Team Coordination:
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA, and operations.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts related to project delivery.
3 Risk Management:
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and manage project risks and issues, escalating when necessary.
4 Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for Product, Web, Sales, and CSM stakeholders.
- Manage team expectations and ensure satisfaction with project deliverables.
- Prepare and present project reports and documentation to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1- 5 Years of work experience as an Engineering Manager or similar role in the software development industry.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
